May 18, 2023, was an important day for our NGO not only because we celebrated the Day of Vyshyvanka but also because we managed to hold a unique workshop on making a traditional wax wreath. As we found out during our local history and ethnographic expeditions, there are very few people left in the Bohuslav community who know the art of making wax wreaths and even fewer who have the opportunity to share their knowledge about it with those who are interested.
We thank the master Kateryna Zubko for saving and passing on the traditions, and all the participants for their involvement in preserving the cultural heritage of Ukraine!
