Opening of the “Christmas Miracle” Exhibition

Dear friends! We invite you to the opening of the exhibition “Christmas Miracle” on Sunday, 25 December at noon at the Museum of the History of Bohuslav Region.

You will find an exhibition of Christmas nativity scenes, Didukh and straw crafts, Christmas photo zones in the mini ‘winter town’ set up in the museum’s courtyard, and everyone is welcome to add their own gloves to the tree of lost gloves (please bring them with you!).

At noon, carollers will gather near the museum. It is from there that the charity “Bohuslav Carols” will start, going from house to house on that day.

At the exhibition, you will see Christmas nativity scenes made by craftsmen and children of Bohuslavshchyna. They are created in different techniques and from various materials. There will also be Didukhs and home decorations made of straw.

The miracle of Christmas is the miracle of the birth of Christ as a symbol of hope, a symbol of the victory of good over evil. Today, the whole of Ukraine is fighting against russian evil. This charity exhibition is one of the ways we fight for victory because culture is our weapon.

All the funds raised at the exhibition and, additionally, by the carollers will be donated to the Bohuslav Volunteer Headquarters.

We would be happy if you could support us in reviving traditions and in philanthropy.
