A unique book dedicated to the calendar traditions of the Bohuslavshchyna was recently presented in Dybyntsi, where a massive event entitled “Economy Grows Through Culture” took place, bringing together leading cultural figures from several regions of Ukraine. The book is dedicated to the distinctive features of the rituals and folklore of the region. It includes materials from historical and ethnographic expeditions conducted by local activists over several years. In addition, the enthusiasts recreated the national attire worn by our ancestors. Guests had a chance to try original dishes of Bohuslav cuisine, freshly-cooked following old recipes. Bohuslav-FM correspondents will tell you more about the event.
